Padstones strongly believes in training and qualifications. Training must be continuous, on going, never stops, each week we try to learn something new. We strive to learn, then we can deliver. Emphasis is placed on investing in people, from the top to the bottom each Padstones individual has the opportunities and responsibilities to progress their skills and “unlock there potential”.
Qualifications and Codes of Practice are key in ensuring Padstones provides the highest possible level of customer service. At present all employees are undergoing the Technical Award of Residential Sales and Lettings in Estate Agency, working towards full membership of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA). Similarly affiliation from the Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme (OEA) is pending. News on the arrival of these qualifications will be posted soon. |
