The Search Begins
Your details will be entered on to our database and matched against available properties
Viewings
View your chosen properties
Selecting a Property
Once a suitable property has been chosen we will require details of referees, references will be applied for and your details will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance
Tenancy Agreement
Once all parties have agreed acceptance we will draw up the relevant paperwork forming an agreement to be signed by all parties
Inventory
An inventory of contents and condition of the property will be produced prior to commencement of the tenancy
Photographic Record of Condition
Photographs will be taken prior to commencement of the tenancy
Rent and Deposit
One months’ rent is required prior to tenancy
A rental deposit is also required prior to tenancy (minimum one months rent) which will be reimbursed at the end of the agreed term subject to the details of the contract and results of the inventory check out report. Your deposit will be held by a third party as part of the Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme
Insurance
Buildings Insurance will be provided by the landlord. However it is the tenants’ responsibility to insure for contents.
Completion
Your journey is now complete, keys will now be handed to you and you can move in.
